Welcome to Noor By Varnan. We take great care in ensuring that each handcrafted piece reaches you safely and in perfect condition.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship our jewellery Pan-India through trusted logistics partners.
International shipping is not available at the moment.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4–7 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
During festive seasons, new collection launches, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5–8 business days.


Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery window is 7–12 working days from the date of order placement.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier network efficiency, and external conditions such as weather, strikes, or government restrictions.


Shipping Partners

We ship through reliable courier services such as FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other reputed logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order value.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions within India — these will be clearly communicated on our website or through official announcements.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with a tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.


Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
Noor By Varnan will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.


Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen factors such as natural calamities, strikes, or courier delays may affect timelines.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such rare situations.


Non-Delivery and Re-Shipping

If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, refusal, or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges.
If you choose not to have the parcel re-shipped, we will issue a store credit for the product value (excluding shipping charges).


Shipping Insurance and Damage Claims

All orders are shipped with basic insurance coverage.
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please raise a claim by emailing noorbyvarnan@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing photos or videos for verification.
