At Noor By Varnan, each piece is handcrafted with care and precision using 925 sterling silver and natural gemstones. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and ensure authenticity in every creation.
We understand that online purchases can sometimes require flexibility, and hence we offer the following policy for returns and exchanges within India.
7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy on all new, unused, and full-priced items purchased through noorbyvarnan.com
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging along with the original invoice.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Sale items and customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Store Credit Only (No Refunds)

Refunds are not applicable.

Upon approval of the return, customers will receive a store credit equivalent to the product value after deducting shipping and GST charges.

The credited amount will be issued as per the invoice value of your original purchase.

Store credit can be used towards any future purchase at Noor By Varnan and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Silver Purity and Weight Disclosure
All jewellery at Noor By Varnan is crafted from 925 sterling silver, in accordance with Indian hallmarking standards.

The weight mentioned on each product page is the total weight, which includes both silver and gemstone weight.

The silver weight mentioned is a promised approximate weight, close to the actual silver weight but not exact.

Minor variations may occur due to:
- Handcrafted nature of each piece.
- Differences in gemstone density and setting technique.
- Variations caused during the polishing and finishing process.
These small differences are standard in handmade silver jewellery and do not impact purity or authenticity.
Gemstone Authenticity
All gemstones used in our jewellery are 100% natural and untreated.
No artificial dyeing, coating, or enhancement is done to alter color or luminosity. Each stone retains its natural character, inclusions, and charm, making every Noor By Varnan creation truly unique.
